Return of Company Property. Executive understands that anything that Executive created or worked on while working for the Company (except for inventions created by Executive entirely on his own time without using the Company’s equipment, supplies, facilities or trade secret information, that neither # related at the time of conception or reduction to practice of the invention to the Company’s business, or the actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development of the Company, nor # result from any work performed by Executive for the Company (an “Approved Matter”)) belongs solely to the Company and that Executive cannot remove, retain, or use such information without the Company’s express written permission. Accordingly, upon separation from employment with the Company or upon the Company’s request at any other time, Executive will immediately deliver to the Company, and will not keep in Executive’s possession, recreate, or deliver to anyone else, any and all Company property, including, but not limited to, Company proprietary information, all Company equipment including all Company electronic media equipment, all tangible embodiments of intellectual property, all electronically stored information and passwords to access such property, Company credit cards, records, data, notes, notebooks, reports, files, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, photographs, charts, any other documents and property, and reproductions of any of the foregoing items. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive understands that Executive is allowed to keep a copy of the Company’s employee handbook and personnel records relating to Executive’s employment (or records related to an Approved Matter), and Executive can make and retain an electronic copy of his contacts list and calendar and any personal emails or information needed for tax filing purposes or general government required purposes or any information related to any Approved Matter.
Return of Company Property. Accordingly, upon separation from employment with the Company or upon the Company’s request at any other time, Executive will immediately deliver to the Company, and will not keep in Executive’s possession, recreate, or deliver to anyone else, any and all Company property, including, but not limited to, Company proprietary information, all Company equipment including all Company electronic media equipment, all tangible embodiments of intellectual property, all electronically stored information and passwords to access such property, Company credit cards, records, data, notes, notebooks, reports, files, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, photographs, charts, any other documents and property, and reproductions of any of the foregoing items. Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that all Company Property and Materials furnished or made available to or acquired by Executive in the course of or incident to Executive’s employment, belong to the Company and shall be promptly returned to the Company upon termination of Executive’s employment for whatever reason. “Company Property and Materials” for such purpose includes # all electronic devices owned, leased, or made available by the Company for Executive’s use, including personal computers, fax machines, cellular telephones, pagers, and tape recorders, and # all books, manuals, records, reports, notes, contracts, lists, blueprints, maps and other documents, or materials, or copies thereof (including computer files) belonging to, and all other proprietary information relating to the business of, the Company. Following termination, Executive will not retain any written or other tangible material containing any proprietary information of the Company and, upon request, will confirm Executive’s compliance with this subsection in writing.
Return of Company Property. Executive acknowledges that documents created during his affiliation with the Company are Company property, and that all such documents created or obtained by, or furnished to, Executive during the course of or in connection with his employment with the Company are the Company’s exclusive property. Accordingly, Executive agrees that he will leave with the Company (or return to the Company) all originals and copies (whether paper or electronic) of such material in his possession by the close of business on the Separation Date, as well as any access keys, security codes, laptop, Company credit card(s), telephone card(s), and other Company property in his possession. Executive promises that he has not and will not retain, distribute, or cause to be distributed, any original or duplicates of any Company property. Executive further agrees that all personal charges to any corporate credit cards are the responsibility of Executive and will be paid by Executive to the credit card company in a timely manner.
Return of Proprietary Information & Company Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive will promptly deliver to the Company # all correspondence, drawings, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, programs, plans, proposals, financial documents, or any other documents that are Proprietary Information, including all physical and digital copies thereof, and # all other Company property (including, without limitation, any personal computer or wireless device and related accessories, keys, credit cards and other similar items) which is in his possession, custody or control.
Return of Company Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder (or at any other time upon the Company’s request), the Executive shall promptly supply to the Company (or destroy, at the Company’s option) all Company property, including and not limited to all data, documents, records, communications, drawings, models, prototypes or similar visual or conceptual presentations of any type, and all duplicates and copies thereof, that contain any confidential and/or proprietary information, charge cards, customer lists, passes, identification material, automobiles, keys or access devices, cell phones or communications devices, computers or devices, tools and any other equipment or other property.
Return of Property. Executive agrees that at the time of leaving the Company’s employ, if not sooner, he will: # deliver to the Company all (and will not keep in his possession, recreate or deliver to anyone else, any) Confidential Information, as well as all other devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, customer or client lists or information, or any other documents or property (including all reproductions of the aforementioned items) belonging to the Company or any of its affiliates or ventures, regardless of whether such items were prepared by Executive; and # return to a Company representative all computers and electronic storage devices including thumb drives, back-up devices, etc. that contain Company information. To the extent that Executive owns electronic devices that contain company information (e.g. personal computers, phones or home computers), Executive agrees to allow access to such devices to Company IT personnel to remove the Company information. To the extent Company-owned electronic devices contain Executive personal information, Executive and Company agree to cooperate in the removal or copying of the personal information to a separate device for Executive. Executive agrees to sign an inventory of the devices returned and steps to taken to remove Company information from Executive’s personal computers and devices.
Return of Property: Executive agrees that at the time of leaving the Company’s employ, if not sooner, he will deliver to the Company all (and will not keep in his possession, recreate or deliver to anyone else, any) Confidential Information, as well as all other devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings, blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, customer or client lists or information, or any other documents or property (including all reproductions of the aforementioned items) belonging to the Company or any of its affiliates or ventures, regardless of whether such items were prepared by Executive.
Return of Company Property. All records, designs, patents, business plans, financial statements, manuals, memoranda, customer lists, computer data, customer information and other property or information delivered to or compiled by Executive by or on behalf of the [[Company:Organization]] Companies, their representatives, vendors or customers shall be and remain the property of the [[Company:Organization]] Companies, and be subject at all times to its discretion and control. Upon the request of the Company and, in any event, upon the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive shall promptly deliver all such materials to the Company.
