Return of Property. Immediately upon termination (or at such earlier time as requested by the Company or its designees), Employee shall deliver to the Company all of its property, including but not limited to all work in progress, research data, equipment, originals and copies of documents and software, client information and lists, financial information, and all other material in his possession or control that belongs to the Company or its clients or contains Confidential Information, as defined in Article 4.
Return of Company Property. The Employee will deliver to the Company at the termination of the Employee's employment with the Company, or at any other time the Company may request, all equipment, files, property, memoranda, notes, plans, records, reports, computer tapes, printouts, Confidential Information, Work Product, software, documents and data (and all electronic, paper or other copies thereof) belonging to the Company, which the Employee may then possess or have under the Employee’s control.
Return of Property. Employee agrees that upon termination of Employee’s employment with the Company (for any reason), or sooner if requested by the Company, Employee will return to the Company, in good condition, all property obtained during employment, including without limitation, the originals and all copies of any documents in whatever form (electronic, hard copy, etc.) or materials which contain, reflect, summarize, describe, analyze or refer or relate to any items of information listed in Section 1(a)-(b) of this Agreement. Employee agrees that all Confidential Information is the sole property of the Company and Employee has no right, title or interest to this property. In the event that such items are not so returned, the Company will have the right to charge Employee for all reasonable damages, costs, attorneys’ fees and other expenses incurred in searching for, removing and/or recovering such property.
Return of Records and Property. Upon termination of his employment with the Company for any or no reason, Employee shall promptly deliver to the Company any and all Company records and any and all Company property in his possession or under his control, including, without limitation, manuals, books, blank forms, documents, letters, memoranda, notes, notebooks, reports, printouts, computer disks, computer tapes, source codes, data, tables or calculations and all copies thereof, documents that in whole or in part contain any trade secrets or confidential, proprietary or other secret information of the Company and all copies thereof, and keys, access cards, access codes, passwords, credit cards, personal computers, telephones and other electronic equipment belonging to the Company or the Company.
Return of Property. Employee agrees that all property (including without limitation all equipment, tangible proprietary information, documents, records, notes, contracts and computer-generated materials) furnished to or created or prepared by Employee incident to Employee’s employment belongs to the Company and shall be promptly returned to the Company upon termination of Employee’s employment.
Return of Confidential Information and Company Property. Immediately upon termination of Employee’s employment with Company, Employee shall return to Company all of Company’s property relating to Company’s business, including without limitation all of Company’s property which is in the possession, custody, or control of Employee such as Confidential Information, documents, hard copy files, copies of documents and electronic information/files, and equipment (e.g., computers and mobile phones).
Return of the Company Property. Upon the termination of the Participant’s employment for any reason, the Participant shall immediately return and deliver to the Company any and all property, including, without limitation, Confidential Information, software, devices, data, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, materials, equipment, computers, hard drives, papers, books, records, documents, memoranda, manuals, e-mail, electronic or magnetic recordings or data, including all copies thereof, books of account, drawings, prints, plans, and the like which belong to the Company or which relate to the Company’s business and which are in the Participant’s possession, custody or control, whether prepared by the Participant or others. If at any time after termination of the Participant’s employment, for any reason, the Participant determines that the Participant has any Confidential Information in the Participant’s possession or control, the Participant shall immediately return to the Company all such Confidential Information in the Participant’s possession or control, including all copies and portions thereof. Further, the Participant shall not retain any property, including, without limitation, Confidential Information, data, information, or documents, belonging to the Company or any copies thereof (in electronic or hard copy format).
Return of Property. Employee has delivered to the Company or will deliver to the Company promptly following the date hereof, any Company property in his/her possession or control existing in tangible form and has deleted or erased any Company property in his/her possession or control existing in electronic form, including, but not limited to, Confidential Information (as defined in the PIIA), records, client or prospective client information, employee information, vendor or supplier information, contractor information, financial data or material of any kind, sales material, technical data, credit cards, badges or entry cards, keys, key fobs, laptop computers, handheld or mobile devices, software, disks, blackberry mobile device, cell phone and any other equipment belonging to the Company. Employee irrevocably permits the Company to inspect any equipment or materials provided by the Company to Employee on or before Employee’s Separation Date.
Return of Company Property. Prior to the Termination Date, Employee shall return (and shall not retained any copies in any form) all Company documents and information (including all Confidential Information, trade secrets, data, and other proprietary information pertaining to the Company and its business operations and any other information stored on personally owned computer hard drives, flash drives or other medium or format), and any vehicles, badges, pagers, cell phones, computers, software, equipment or other property belonging to the Company, provided that Employee may retain his current iPad, so long as Employee permanently removes from such iPad any Company Confidential Information.
Return of Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason whatsoever, voluntarily or involuntarily (and in all events within five (5) days of the Executive’s date of termination), and at any earlier time the Company requests, the Executive will deliver to the person designated by the Company all originals and copies of all documents and property of the Company in the Executive’s possession, under the Executive’s control or to which the Executive may have access, including but not limited to, any office, computing or communications equipment (e.g., laptop computer, facsimile machine, printer, cellular phone, etc.) that he has had or has been using, and any business or business-related files that he has had in his possession, except as otherwise permitted in accordance with Section 6(g) below. The Executive will not reproduce or appropriate for the Executive’s own use, or for the use of others, any property, Confidential Information or Company inventions, and shall remove from any personal computing or communications equipment all information relating to the Company, except as otherwise permitted in accordance with Section 6(g) below.
