Return of Property. If and when Employee ceases, for any reason, to be employed by Company, Employee must return to Company all keys, pass cards, identification cards, cell phones, other smart phones, tablets, electronic storage devices, Company credit cards, and any other property of Company or any of its subsidiaries. At the same time, Employee also must return to Company all originals and copies (whether in hard copy, electronic, or other form) of any documents, drawings, notes, memoranda, designs, devices, electronic storage devices, tapes, manuals, and specifications which constitute proprietary or confidential information or material of Company or any of its subsidiaries. The obligations in this Section 8(d) include, without limitation, the return of documents and other materials which may be in Employee's desk at work, his car, his place of residence, personal electronic or digital devices or cloud-type storage, or in any other location under Employee's control.

I6. Return of the Company Property. At the request of the Company (or, without any request, upon termination of my employment with the Company), Employee will immediately deliver to the Company # all the Company property that is then in Employee's possession, custody or control, including, without limit action, all keys, access cards, cell phones, tablets, computer hardware including but not limited to any hard drives, external storage devices, diskettes, fobs, laptops , tablets, computers and personal data assistants (and the contents thereof), internet connectivity devices, computer software and programs, data, materials, papers, books, files , documents, records; # any and all documents or other items containing, summarizing, or describing any Proprietary Information, including all originals and copies in whatever form; # any personal device that Employee synced with or used to access any the Company system for purpose of inspection and copying; and # a list of passwords or codes needed to operate or access any of the items referenced in this [Section 16].

Return of Company Property. Pursuant to Section 8 of the Employment Agreement and with the exception of Employee’s iPad which he is permitted to retain, the Employee has returned to the Company all items of property in his possession and owned by the Company, including as applicable, but not limited to: a laptop computer, cellular phone, keys, access cards, passwords and/or ID cards; all electronically stored and paper copies of all financial data, customer information, business plans and reports, and Company files; and all records, customer lists, written information, forms, plans and other documents, including electronically stored information, as well as any other equipment or tools purchased by the Employee and for which he has been reimbursed by the Company or has been provided by the Company. These items are to be returned in good condition. The Employee shall search the Employee’s electronic devices, device back-ups, residence, and automobile and agrees that by signing the below, the Employee has disclosed all Company property in the Employee’s possession or control and returned such property as directed by the Company.
