Return of Property. Employee agrees that all property (including without limitation all equipment, tangible proprietary information, documents, records, notes, contracts and computer-generated materials) furnished to or created or prepared by Employee incident to Employee’s employment belongs to the Company and shall be promptly returned to the Company upon termination of Employee’s employment.

Return of Property. Employee agrees that all Confidential Information is the sole property of the Company and Employee has no right, title or interest to this property. In the event that such items are not so returned, the Company will have the right to charge Employee for all reasonable damages, costs, attorneys’ fees and other expenses incurred in searching for, removing and/or recovering such property.

Employee represents that Employee personally returned, by close of business on the date that Employee executes this Agreement, all Company property in reasonable condition (tangible, intangible, paper or electronic), including but not limited to all keys, credit cards, manuals, computers, PDAs, iPhones, iPads, equipment and software, records, data, plans, customer lists, computer programs and related documentation or other materials of any nature which are in Employee’s possession or control and any and all copies thereof; and that Employee has not compromised, corrupted, misappropriated, damaged or inappropriately shared, uploaded, or downloaded Company data.

The Employee will deliver to the Company at the termination of the Employee's employment with the Company, or at any other time the Company may request, all equipment, files, property, memoranda, notes, plans, records, reports, computer tapes, printouts, Confidential Information, Work Product, software, documents and data (and all electronic, paper or other copies thereof) belonging to the Company, which the Employee may then possess or have under the Employee’s control.

Immediately upon termination (or at such earlier time as requested by the Company or its designees), Employee shall deliver to the Company all of its property, including but not limited to all work in progress, research data, equipment, originals and copies of documents and software, client information and lists, financial information, and all other material in his possession or control that belongs to the Company or its clients or contains Confidential Information, as defined in Article 4.

Return of Property. All documents, records, apparatus, equipment and other physical property which is furnished to or obtained by Executive in the course of his employment with the Company shall be and remain the sole property of the Company. Executive agrees that, upon the termination of his employment, he shall return all such property (whether or not it pertains to Proprietary Information as defined in the Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement), and agrees not to make or retain copies, reproductions or summaries of any such property.
Return of the Company Property. Employee agrees that all documents and other materials of any kind pertaining to the business of the Company (including Confidential Information in any format) in Employee’s possession at any time during employment are and shall be the property of the Company and that all such property, including all copies thereof and all such information contained on Employee’s personal computer(s), mobile phones, tablets, PDAs, or other electronic storage devices shall be surrendered by Employee to the Company upon the Company’s request from time to time during such employment, and with or without request upon termination of employment.
