Return of Property. On or before the Separation Date, you will return to RAIT all RAIT property of any kind or character, which shall include, but not be limited to, all RAIT identification and credit cards, any equipment, books, keys, journals, records, publications, files, computers and computer disks, memoranda, data and documents of any kind or description (originals, copies, summaries, disks, files, etc.) that belong to or relate to RAIT or its business operations, including all confidential or proprietary information, and any other RAIT property in your possession or control; provided, however, that you may keep and not return the laptop and/or Surface tablet provided to you as well as a copy of all RAIT files. In addition, you must also copy on a data carrier all data and programs on your personal computers, laptop or iPads, if any, to the extent such data and programs were provided to you or stored for the performance of your services for RAIT, and thereafter delete all such data and programs from your personal computer, laptop or iPad.

Return of Property. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Executive will return to the Company all property belonging to it, including, without limitation, computer equipment, computer programs, cellular telephones or other property belonging to the Company, and documents, property and data of any nature and in any form, including electronic or magnetic form, reflecting any confidential information described in Subsection # above.

Return of Property. Employee represents and warrants that on or before the Separation Date he will return to [[SMTC:Organization]] all records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications and other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items, relating to [[SMTC:Organization]], its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns that were given to him by [[SMTC:Organization]] or were compiled or prepared by him in connection with his employment by [[SMTC:Organization]] (“Documents”).

Return of Property. Employee represents that Employee personally returned, by the date Employee first executed this Agreement, all Company property in reasonable condition (tangible, intangible, paper or electronic), including but not limited to all keys, credit cards, manuals, computers, PDAs, iPhones, iPads, equipment and software, records, data, plans, customer lists, computer programs and related documentation or other materials of any nature which are in Employee’s possession or control and any and all copies thereof; and that Employee has not compromised, corrupted, misappropriated, damaged or inappropriately shared, uploaded, or downloaded Company data.

Return of Property. Key Employee represents and warrants that Key Employee has returned to and/or left with Acer all property and data that belongs to Acer, including but not limited to Acer’ computers, PDAs, blackberries, cell phones, credit cards, memoranda, documents, records, manuals, computer programs, discs, data, CDs, flash drives, email, and all other property and information pertaining to the business of Acer (including, without limitation, the duties Key Employee performed for Acer). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Key Employee may retain Key Employee’s rolodex and similar address books provided that such items only include contact information. Key Employee acknowledges that, as of the Termination Date, Key Employee’s authority to act on behalf of Acer ended.

Return of Property. Employee agrees that all property (including without limitation all equipment, tangible proprietary information, documents, records, notes, contracts and computer-generated materials) furnished to or created or prepared by Employee incident to Employee’s employment belongs to the Company and shall be promptly returned to the Company upon termination of Employee’s employment.

Return of Property. The Employee agrees to deliver promptly to the Company, upon termination of the Employee’s employment hereunder, or at any other time when the Company so requests, all documents relating to the business of the Company Group; provided, however, that the Employee will be permitted to retain copies of any documents or materials of a personal nature or otherwise related to the Employee’s rights under this Agreement, copies of this Agreement and any attendant or ancillary documents specifically including any documents referenced in this Agreement and copies of any documents related to the Employee’s long-term incentive awards and other compensation.

Return of Property. Employee has delivered to the Company or will deliver to the Company promptly following the date hereof, any Company property in his/her possession or control existing in tangible form and has deleted or erased any Company property in his/her possession or control existing in electronic form, including, but not limited to, Confidential Information (as defined in the PIIA), records, client or prospective client information, employee information, vendor or supplier information, contractor information, financial data or material of any kind, sales material, technical data, credit cards, badges or entry cards, keys, key fobs, laptop computers, handheld or mobile devices, software, disks, blackberry mobile device, cell phone and any other equipment belonging to the Company. Employee irrevocably permits the Company to inspect any equipment or materials provided by the Company to Employee on or before Employee’s Separation Date.

Return of Property. You agree that, by the Separation Date, you will return to Diodes and not keep in your possession or under your control any confidential or trade secret information, nor any financial information nor any other property of Diodes, including keys, equipment, automobile or similar property. Nevertheless, you may keep your Diodes-provided computer and mobile phone after Diodes implements the appropriate exit procedures upon the said devices.

Return of Property. Mr. Zobel acknowledges that all documents, records, data, apparatus, equipment and other physical property, whether or not pertaining to Confidential Information, which are furnished to Mr. Zobel by any [[Company:Organization]] Entity or are produced by Mr. Zobel in connection with his employment will be and remain the sole property of such [[Company:Organization]] Entity. Mr. Zobel agrees to return to [[Company:Organization]] all such materials and property as and when requested by [[Company:Organization]], but in any event no later than the Separation Date. Mr. Zobel agrees to not retain any such material or property or any copies thereof after the Separation Date.
