Return of Property. All Company computers, files, access keys, desk keys, ID badges and credit cards, and such other property of the Company as the Company may reasonably request, in Employee’s possession must be returned no later than the Termination Date, or prior thereto if requested by the Company. Except to the extent inconsistent with Company policy in effect as of the Termination Date and upon the Request made by Employee at least 3 business days prior to the Termination Date:

Employee agrees that upon termination they will return to Employer all of Employer’s property, including, but not limited to, intellectual property, trade secret information, customer lists, operation manuals, records and accounts, materials subject to copyright, trademark, or patent protection, customer and Employer information, business documents, reports, and other items as applicable.

Return of Property. Pennypacker acknowledges an obligation and agrees to return all Company property, unless otherwise specified in this paragraph. This includes, whether in paper or electronic form, all files, memoranda, documents, records, credit cards, keys and key cards, computers, laptops, iPads, personal digital assistants, cellular telephones, iPhones, Blackberry devices or similar instruments, other equipment of any sort, badges, vehicles, and any other property of the Company. In addition, Pennypacker agrees to provide any and all access codes or passwords necessary to gain access to any computer, program or other equipment that belongs to the Company or is maintained by the Company or on Company property. Further, Pennypacker acknowledges an obligation and agrees not to destroy, delete or disable any Company property, including items, files and materials on computers and laptops.

Return of Property. CONSULTANT agrees not to remove any property of or its related entities from their premises without express permission, and to return all such property, including computer data, written materials provided to or obtained during the term of this Agreement, customer and supplier address lists, and any other items of value at the time this Agreement is terminated.

Return of Materials. Upon the termination of this Agreement, or upon Company’s earlier request, Advisor will deliver to the Company all of the Company’s property or Confidential Information that Advisor may have in Advisor’s possession or control.

Return of Items. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Executive will promptly deliver to the Company all Company equipment and other materials relating to the Company’s business and in the Executive’s possession or control.

All files, forms, brochures, books, materials, written correspondence, memoranda, documents, manuals, computer disks, software products, lists (including, but not limited to, lists of customers, suppliers, products and prices) and other tangible items, in whatever form and on whatever medium, pertaining to the business of the Company or its Affiliates that may come into the possession or control of the Executive will at all times remain the property of the Company or its Affiliates, as applicable. On termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Executive agrees to deliver promptly to the Company all such property of the Company or any Affiliate in the possession of the Executive or directly or indirectly under the control of the Executive. The Executive agrees not to make for his personal or business use or that of any other Person, reproductions or copies of any such property or other property of the Company or any Affiliate.

Return of Information. Upon termination of CEO's employment with USPB for whatever reason, CEO shall return to or leave all Confidential Information with USPB and its Affiliates, without making or retaining copies of the Confidential Information, including all documents, records, notebooks and other repositories containing Confidential Information.

Return of Premises. At the expiration or sooner termination of the term hereof, Tenant will remove from the Premises its property and that of all claiming under it and will peaceably yield up to Landlord the Premises in as good condition in all respects as the same were at the commencement of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear, damage by the elements, by any exercise of the right of eminent domain or by public or other authority, and by any casualty excepted.

Return of Property. All correspondence, reports, charts, products, records, designs, patents, plans, manuals, sales and marketing material, memorandum, advertising materials, customer lists, distributor lists, vendor lists, telephones, beepers, portable computers, and any other such data, information or property collected by or delivered to the Employee by or on behalf of the Company, their representatives, customers, suppliers or others and all other materials compiled by the Employee which pertain to the business of the Company shall be and shall remain the property of the Company and shall be delivered to the Company promptly upon its request at any time and without respect upon completion or other termination of the Employee’s employment hereunder for any reason.
