Restricted Area. The Restricted Area shall mean and include anywhere in the world.

Restricted Area. The "Restricted Area" shall be within a three hundred (300) mile radius of the Company’s principal office at the time of termination.

Restricted Activities/Restricted Area. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Restricted Activities” means # the retail, commercial and/or wholesale sale, rental, and/or distribution of parts, accessories, supplies (including, but not limited to, paint), equipment and/or maintenance items for automobiles, light and heavy duty trucks (both commercial and non-commercial), off-road equipment, buses, recreational vehicles, and/or agricultural equipment, and/or # the provision of any automotive-related service

The formula will include either a Business Area or Commercial Area component, as determined under this program.

Roof Area. Tenant shall accept the License Area and Cable Path in their condition and “as-built” configuration existing on the Term Commencement Date. Landlord has made no representations or promise as to the suitability or effectiveness of any part of the roof for Tenant’s proposed use, or as to any Applicable Laws relating to Tenant’s proposed use, or as to the condition of (or alteration or improvement of) the License Area or the Cable Path.

OUTSIDE AREA. All items left or stored by LESSEE in any common area without LESSOR’S prior written consent shall be deemed abandoned and may be removed or disposed of by LESSOR at LESSEE’S expense without notice. LESSEE shall maintain a building standard size dumpster in a location approved by LESSOR, which dumpster shall be provided and serviced at LESSEE’S expense by a disposal firm designated by LESSOR. Alternatively, if a shared dumpster or compactor is provided by LESSOR, LESSEE shall pay the disposal firm or LESSOR, as applicable, LESSEE’S share of all charges associated therewith.

Non-Competition in the Restricted Area. I agree that during my employment and for two (2) years after the conclusion of my employment with Cvent for any reason, I will not compete with Cvent anywhere in the Restricted Area by serving in a competitive capacity on behalf of any person (including myself) or entity (including a sole proprietorship) that engages in the Restricted Business Lines. For purposes of this [Section 12(b)] and the next [Section 12(c)], “competitive capacity” shall mean any form of employment or service which involves # the same or substantially similar duties and responsibilities as my position with Cvent or supervision of others performing such duties, or # sale, marketing, design, or development of products or services which compete with Cvent products or services.

Through the 5,003 Expansion Premises Commencement Date, ​ shall continue to pay ​’s Proportionate Share of Landlord’s Cost in accordance with the provisions of the Original Lease, specifically including, without limitation, the provisions of Paragraph 47 thereof.

“Restricted Area” means # throughout the world, but if such area is determined by judicial action to be too broad, then it means # within North America, but if such area is determined by judicial action to be too broad, then it means # within the continental United States, but if such area is determined by judicial action to be too broad, then it means # within any state in which Adtalem and its Affiliates is engaged in Business.

“Restricted Territory” means Executive’s geographic area of responsibility at ​ which Executive acknowledges extends to the full scope of ​ operations throughout the world. “Restricted Territory” therefore consists of the following alternatives reasonably necessary to protect ​’s legitimate business interests:
