Restoration Match Credits Prior to 2017. Restoration Match Credits that are credited to a Participant’s Account for Plan Years ending prior to January 1, 2017 (and related Earnings Credits) shall be fully (100%) vested and nonforfeitable at all times, except as otherwise provided.

Restoration Match Credits after 2016. Restoration Match Credits that are credited to a Participant’s Account for Plan Years beginning on or after January 1, 2017 (and related Earnings Credits) will become fully vested and nonforfeitable upon the earliest occurrence of any of the following events while the Participant is still in the employment of a Participating Employer or other Affiliate: # the Participant’s death; # the last day of the calendar month in which a Participant attains age sixty-five (65) years; # the determination that the Participant is Disabled; # the occurrence of a Change-in-Control; # the Participant’s completion of five (5) Years of Service; or # such other date as provided in writing to a Participant from the Plan Administrator.
