You may resignmust provide written notice of your resignation for Good Reason at any time that you are actively employed during the Contract Period by written notice to the Company no more than thirty (30)within 45 days afterof the occurrence of any Good Reason Event in order for your resignation for Good Reason to be effective hereunder.
