Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date, and, unless terminated earlier as provided in this Article 7, shall continue in full force and effect until the end of the third anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Term”).

Term. This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date continue for a three-year period or until terminated by either Party pursuant to Article 3 (the "Term").

Term. This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date, and shall continue in effect until terminated pursuant to Section 7.2 (the “Term”).
