Extension. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of sixty-two (62) months and shall expire on July 31, 2024 (“Extended Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Lease Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Termination Date (“Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Termination Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.
Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period of fifty-four (54) months and shall expire on May 31, 2028 (the “Extended Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease. That portion of the Term commencing the day immediately following the Prior Expiration Date (the “Extension Date”) and ending on the Extended Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the “Extended Term”.
Extension. The Term of the Lease is hereby extended for a period commencing on June 1, 2019 (the “Extension Term Commencement Date”) and expiring on May 31, 2031, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms of the Lease (the “Extension Term”).
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is scheduled to expire on August 31, 2023. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seventy-two (72) months, commencing on September 1, 2023 and ending on August 31, 2029 (the “First Extension Period”) (such that the Lease Expiration Date is hereby extended until August 31, 2029), unless extended or sooner terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease, as hereby amended.
Extended Term. The initial term of the Lease, which is scheduled to expire on February 28, 2022 (the “Initial Term”), is hereby extended for a period of thirty (30) months (the "Extended Term"), commencing March 1, 2022 and expiring August 31, 2024 (the “Expiration Date”), unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of the Lease. Lessee shall have no further option or right to extend the Term of the Lease. As used in the Lease, references to the "term" or "Term" of the Lease shall mean the period starting on the Commencement Date and ending on the Expiration Date (as extended pursuant to this Amendment).
Extension of Term. The term of the Existing Lease currently expires on April 10, 2018 (the "Existing Termination Date"). The term of the Existing Lease is hereby extended through the last day of the sixty-first 61st full calendar month following the Expansion Commencement Date. The te1m of the Lease, as extended by this Amendment is referred to herein as the "Extended Term." All references in the Existing Lease to the Term or the term of the Lease shall mean the Extended Term.
The term of the Lease currently expires on February 28, 2016. Landlord has agreed to extend the term of the Lease for a period of sixty-five (65) months (the "Extended Term") for a revised Termination Date of July 31, 2021.
Extension of the Term. The Term (as defined in Section 2(a) of the Lease) is hereby extended (the “Extended Term”) from December 1, 2020 (the “Extended Term Commencement Date”) and shall expire, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Lease, as amended, or as permitted by law, on November 30, 2027 (the “Extended Term Expiration Date”).
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term, which is currently scheduled to expire on April 30, 2021, is hereby extended for a period of two (2) months (the “Extended Term Commencement Date”) and expiring on June 30, 2021, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of the Lease.
Extension Term. The term of the Lease for the Premises is set to expire on January 31, 2022. By virtue of this Amendment, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree that the term of the Lease for the Premises shall be extended to and including the earlier to occur of # upon 30 days written notice from Landlord (in no event sooner than July 31, 2022) or # October 31, 2022 (such actual date being the “Expiration Date”), subject to the terms and conditions contained herein and the Lease. For the purposes of this Amendment, the period of time between and including February 1, 2022 (the “Extended Term Effective Date”) and the Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as, the “Extension Term”. Furthermore, any and all previously granted and unexercised options to extend the term of the Lease shall be null and void and of no further force or effect.
