Reports. Along with each Royalty Payment, Licensee will provide a statement showing Cumulative Net Sales (broken down by product), the Net Sales during the preceding quarter (broken down by product), and a calculation of and Royalty Payment accrued during such quarter. Licensor will treat the statement as confidential information of Licensee, will protect it from unauthorized use, access or disclosure in the same manner as Licensor protects its own confidential or proprietary information of similar nature and with no less than reasonable care, and will disclose it only to the employees or agents of Licensor who have a need to know such information for purpose of this Agreement and who are under a duty of confidentiality no less restrictive than Licensor’s duties hereunder.

REPORTS. Advisor agrees, from time to time during the term of this Agreement, to keep Stoke advised as to Advisor’s progress in performing the Services and, as reasonably requested by Stoke, prepare written reports with respect thereto. It is understood that the time required in the preparation of such written reports shall be considered time devoted to the performance of the Services by Advisor. All such reports prepared by Advisor shall be the sole property of Stoke.

Reports. RUS shall monitor its performance of the BETA Services. RUS shall provide to AssetMark, by the fifteenth (15th) day after the end of each month during the Term, monthly reporting on RUS’s performance against the Performance Standards, and such other reports as the parties may mutually agree are reasonably necessary or desirable from time to time.

REPORTS. Advisor agrees, from time to time during the term of this Agreement, to keep Stoke advised as to Advisor’s progress in performing the Services and, as reasonably requested by Stoke, prepare written reports with respect thereto. It is understood that the time required in the preparation of such written reports shall be considered time devoted to the performance of the Services by Advisor. All such reports prepared by Advisor shall be the sole property of Stoke.

Reports. Within fifteen (15) days of the end of every quarter, Praj will deliver to [[Gevo:Organization]] a true and accurate report, certified by an officer of Praj, giving such particulars of the business conducted by Praj during the applicable month under this Agreement as necessary for [[Gevo:Organization]] to account for Praj’s activities under this Agreement. Receipt or acceptance by [[Gevo:Organization]] of any report will not preclude [[Gevo:Organization]] from questioning or auditing the completeness or accuracy of such report at any time. Praj will include the following information in each report:

Reports. Within ​ days after the end of each Calendar Year, Sana shall provide Beam with a written report summarizing at a high level, all material development and commercialization activities performed by or on behalf of Sana, its Affiliates and Sublicensees for the Licensed Products in the Field since the last report, including: # research and development activities, including information regarding the status of specific Licensed Products in development and their therapeutic applications, including ​ Licensed Products being developed or commercialized; # the status of applications for Marketing Approvals, a summary of ​ (however, Sana will not be required to disclose any confidential or proprietary information related thereto that is not related to the Cas12b Platform Components); # commercialization or other distribution activities; and # marketing activities. Together with each report, Sana shall provide Beam with a copy of the then current development plan, which shall include sufficient detail to enable Beam to assess what Licensed Products are in development and the status of such development. In addition to Sana’s obligations under Section 6.3, Sana shall provide any ​ to Beam within a reasonably prompt period to allow for a reasonable opportunity for Beam to review and comment thereon, such period not to exceed ​ Business Days after the date of Sana’s receipt, unless the foregoing report is due prior to the expiration of such ​ day period.

REPORTS. Individual accounts shall be maintained for each Participant in the Plan. Statements of account shall be given to participating Eligible Employees at least annually, which statements shall set forth the amounts of payroll deductions, the Purchase Price, the number of shares of Common Stock purchased and the remaining cash balance, if any.

Reports. Each Party shall prepare and deliver to the other Party the applicable periodic reports specified below:

Consultant agrees, from time to time during the term of this Agreement, to keep Company advised as to Consultant’s progress in performing the Services and, as reasonably requested by Company, prepare written reports with respect thereto. It is understood that the time required in the preparation of such written reports shall be considered time devoted to the performance of the Services by Consultant. All such reports prepared by Consultant shall be the sole property of Company.

Reports. Within twenty (20) days following the end of each Calendar Quarter during which AzurRx is performing any material Manufacturing activities, AzurRx shall provide the JSC with a reasonable written report of the material Manufacturing activities it has performed, or caused to perform, since the preceding report (or with respect to the first such report, since the Effective Date) and its material Manufacturing activities in process, and the future activities it expects to initiate. Each such report shall be in the format and shall contain the details as set out in [Exhibit 7.1].2.
