Rent Roll. A current rent roll (“Rent Roll”) for each of the Properties;
Certified Rent Roll. A copy of the Rent Roll dated no earlier than five (5) business days prior to the Closing Date together with a certificate executed by [[Seller:Organization]] in the form of [Exhibit H] attached hereto and made a part hereof;
Leases and Rent Roll. The Agent shall have received true, correct and complete copies of all Leases, in each case certified by an authorized officer of the Borrowers (or of the relevant Borrower, if applicable) as requested by the Agent. The Agent shall have received a rent roll for each Property dated not more than one (1) month prior to the Closing Date, certified as true, correct and complete in all material respects by an authorized officer of the applicable Borrower that owns such Property.
The Property is not subject to any Leases other than the Leases listed on the Rent Roll attached hereto as [Schedule I] and made a part hereof (the “Rent Roll”), which Rent Roll is true, correct and complete in all respects as of the Closing Date. [[Borrower:Organization]] is the owner and lessor of landlord’s interest in the Leases. No Person has any possessory
“Rent Roll” shall have the meaning set forth in [Section 3.1.25(a)] hereof.
Rent. All Rent and other payments required to be made by Tenant to Landlord hereunder shall be payable to Landlord at Landlords Remittance Address set forth in the Basic Lease Information, or at such other address as Landlord may specify from time to time by written notice delivered in accordance herewith. Tenants obligation to pay Rent and any other amounts to Landlord under the terms of this Lease shall not be deemed satisfied until such Rent and other amounts have been actually received by Landlord.
RENT. LESSEE shall pay LESSOR base rent of one hundred five thousand nine hundred ninety nine (105,999) U.S. dollars per year, drawn on a U.S. bank, in monthly installments of $8,833.25 on or before the first day of each calendar month, without offset or deduction. One monthly rental payment, plus an appropriate traction of a monthly payment for any portion of a month at the commencement of the lease term, shall be made upon LESSEES execution of this lease. All payments shall be made to LESSOR at 200 West Cummings Park, Woburn, Massachusetts 01801, or at such other place designated in writing by LESSOR. If the Cost of Living has increased as shown by the Consumer Price Index (Boston, Massachusetts, all items, all urban consumers), U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (Index), then base rent due during each calendar year of this lease and all extensions thereof shall be adjusted in proportion to any increase in the Index. The base month from which to determine the amount of each increase shall be January 2016, which figure shall be compared with the figure for November 2016, and each November thereafter to determine the increase (if any) in base rent to be paid during the following calendar year commencing each January 1.

The Rent Roll attached hereto as [Exhibit O] is true and accurate in all material respects as of the date and time thereof and, consistent with this representation, will be updated and certified prior to the Closing Date; provided, however, notwithstanding the foregoing to the contrary, [[Seller:Organization]] makes no representation or warranty with respect to the accuracy of the square footage figures set forth in the Rent Roll and [[Purchaser:Organization]] shall rely on its own investigations and due diligence regarding same.
Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrower showing for each Unencumbered Property owned or leased by Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor, its occupancy, tenants, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent on or prior to the date hereof.
