Renewals. In the case of the renewal of a Term RFR Option at the end of an Interest Period, the first day of the new Interest Period shall be the last day of the preceding Interest Period, without duplication in payment of interest for such day.

Renewals. In the case of the renewal of a LIBOR Rate Option at the end of an Interest Period, the first day of the new Interest Period shall be the last day of the preceding Interest Period, without duplication in payment of interest for such day.

Term Extensions and Renewals. At the end of the Initial Term, Laclede and Cellnet may

Term Loan Conversions, Continuations and Renewals. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Borrower may from time to time prior to the applicable Term Loan Maturity Date renew or convert the Interest Rate Option applicable to outstanding Term Loans pursuant to [Section 2.5(a)] [Revolving Credit Loan Requests; Conversions, Continuations and Renewals of Revolving Credit Loans and Term Loans] and [Section 4.2] [Interest Periods].

This Agreement shall expire and terminate and be of no further effect (with the exception of terms herein which by their terms survive the termination of this Agreement) on the close of business of the first anniversary of the date this Agreement was first executed (the “Termination Date”), provided; however, that this Agreement shall automatically renew and extend for additional one (1) year terms if Employee is not otherwise in default, and remains in the employ of the Employer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employer must give Employee a minimum of 60 days’ notice prior to the expiration of any given term, otherwise this Agreement shall automatically renew for a successive term.

Insurance Renewals. Prior to the expiration date of each of the insurance policies required to be maintained pursuant to Section 6.5, proof of the renewal of each such insurance policy together with copies of the declarations page for each such renewed policy;

Renewals. After the Initial Term, the term of this Agreement will automatically continue for successive one-year terms on the terms and conditions (including pricing) set forth in this Agreement, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms hereof.

Term/Annual Renewals. This Agreement shall expire and terminate and be of no further effect (with the exception of terms herein which by their terms survive the termination of this Agreement) on the close of business of the first anniversary of the Effective Date; provided, however, that this Agreement shall automatically renew and extend for additional one (1) year terms if Employee is not otherwise in default, remains in the employ of Employer, and Employer has not given Employee a minimum of 60 days’ notice prior to the expiration of any given term that the Agreement shall terminate upon expiration of the term.

Additional Advances, Renewals, Extensions and Releases. Guarantor hereby agrees and consents that, without notice to or further consent by Guarantor, Lender may make additional advances with respect to the Loan or the Property, and the obligations of Borrower or any other party in connection with the Loan may be renewed, extended, modified, accelerated or released by Lender as Lender may deem advisable, and any collateral the Lender may hold or in which the Lender may have an interest may be exchanged, sold, released or surrendered by it, as it may deem advisable, without impairing or affecting the obligations of Guarantor hereunder in any way whatsoever.

Renewals. In the case of the renewal of a Euro Rate Option at the end of an Interest Period, the first day of the new Interest Period shall be the last day of the preceding Interest Period, without duplication in payment of interest for such day.
