Renewal Term. After the initial Term, lease can be renewed at sole option of the Lessee for a further period on mutually agreeable lease terms as per market terms including the Security Deposit being topped up to match 9 (nine) months’ deposit. The Lessee shall provide the Lessor a written notice of the Lessee’s intention to renew the lease, 6 (six) months prior to the expiry of the Initial Term. It is categorically agreed to between the Parties that any such renewal shall only be validly operational and come into effect only upon execution and registration of a fresh lease deed which shall be done at least 60 (sixty) days before the expiry of the Initial Term by efflux of time.

Term and Renewal. This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue for five (5) years from the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”) unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms hereof. Thereafter, the Agreement will be automatically extended for up to fifteen (15) consecutive one (1) year terms (each a “Renewal Term”) unless [[Organization A:Organization]] notifies CARBO in writing not less than one (1) year prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term (both of which are referred to herein as the “Term”) that it will not extend the Agreement.

The lease in respect of the Demised Premises shall commence on the Lease Commencement Date and shall be in force for a period of 10 (ten) years from the Rent Commencement Date (“Initial Term”).

Term and Renewal. Subject to earlier termination as provided below, this Agreement will be in effect from and after the Original Effective Date until September 30, 2023 (the “Term”). Thereafter, the Term may be renewed by mutual written agreement.

Renewal Term. At the end of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive two (2) year terms (each a “Renewal Term”), executed not less than six (9) months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, as applicable.

The lease in respect of the Demised Premises shall commence on the Lease Commencement Date and shall be in force for a period of 10 (ten) years from the Rent Commencement Date (“Initial Term”).

Renewal Term. This Agreement may be renewed for successive two (2) year terms (each, a “Renewal Term) by mutual written agreement of the parties hereto, executed not less than six (6) months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, as applicable.

Renewal Term. The definition of “Renewal Term Commencement Date” as defined Section 12 of the Sixth Amendment to Lease Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with “the day after the Expiration Date”.

Renewal Term. The Lease shall be extended for an additional 14-month term commencing on May 1, 2019 and expiring May 31, 2022.
