Maker’s commencement of a voluntary case or other proceeding seeking liquidation, reorganization or other relief with respect to itself or its debts under any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar debtor relief law now or hereafter in effect or seeking the appointment of a trustee, receiver, liquidator, custodian or other similar official over it, or any substantial part of its property, or Maker’s consent to any such relief or to the appointment or taking possession by any such official in any involuntary case or other proceeding commenced against it; or

Voluntary Bankruptcy, Etc. The commencement by Maker of a voluntary case under any applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, rehabilitation or other similar law, or the consent by it to the appointment of or taking possession by a receiver, liquidator, assignee, trustee, custodian, sequestrator or other similar official of Maker or for any substantial part of its property, or the making by it of any assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the failure of Maker generally to pay its debts as such debts become due, or the taking of corporate action by Maker in furtherance of any of the foregoing.

An involuntary case or other proceeding commenced against Maker seeking liquidation, reorganization or other relief with respect Maker or its debts under any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar debtor relief law now or hereafter in effect or seeking the appointment of a trustee, receiver, liquidator, custodian or other similar official over it, or over any substantial part of its property, and such involuntary case or other proceeding shall remain undis­missed and unstayed for a period of thirty (30) days; or

Maker’s institution of proceedings to be adjudicated a bankrupt or insolvent, or the consent by it to the institution of bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings against it, or its filing of a petition or answer or consent seeking reorganization or relief under the federal Bankruptcy Code or any other applicable federal or state law, or its consent to the filing of any such petition or to the appointment of a receiver, liquidator, assignee or trustee of the company, or of any substantial part of its property, or its making of an assignment for the benefit of creditors or the admission by it in writing of its inability to pay its debts generally as they become due.
