Interim Equitable Relief. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 11.2, in the event that a Party reasonably requires relief on a more expedited basis than would be possible pursuant to the procedure set forth in this Article 11, such Party may seek a temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction pending the ability of the arbitrators to review the decision under this Section 11.2. Such court shall have no jurisdiction or ability to resolve Disputes beyond the specific issue of temporary injunction or other interim equitable relief.
Equitable Relief. The parties may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, or other interim or conservatory relief, as necessary, without breach of this arbitration agreement and without abridgment of the powers of the arbitrator.
Injunctive Relief. Nothing in this Article 17 will preclude either Party from seeking equitable relief or interim or provisional relief from a court of competent jurisdiction, including a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction or other interim equitable relief, concerning a dispute either prior to or during any arbitration if necessary to protect the interests of such Party or to preserve the status quo pending the arbitration proceeding. Therefore, in addition to its rights and remedies otherwise available at law, including the recovery of damages for breach of this Agreement, upon an adequate showing of material breach, and without further proof of irreparable harm other than this acknowledgement, such non-breaching Party will be entitled to seek # immediate equitable relief, specifically including, but not limited to, both interim and permanent restraining orders and injunctions, and # such other and further equitable relief as the court may deem proper under the circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section 17.5 will otherwise limit a breaching Partys opportunity to cure a material breach as permitted in accordance with Section 16.3(a).
