Injunctive Relief. It is further expressly agreed that the Company will or would suffer irreparable injury if you were to violate the provisions of this Section 7 and that the [[Parent:Organization]] Group would by reason of such violation be entitled to injunctive relief in a court of appropriate jurisdiction and you further consent and stipulate to the entry of such injunctive relief in such court prohibiting you from violating the provisions of this Section 7.

Injunctive Relief. You hereby expressly acknowledge that any breach or threatened breach of any of the terms and/or conditions set forth in Section 1, 2 or 3 of this Agreement will result in substantial, continuing and irreparable injury to the Company. Therefore, in addition to any other remedy that may be available to the Company, the Company will be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief by a court of appropriate jurisdiction in the event of any breach or threatened breach of the terms of Section 1, 2 or 3 of this Agreement.

Injunctive Relief. You acknowledge and agree that if any provision of Sections 4 or 55] hereof are violated, the Company Group will immediately and irreparably be harmed, will not have an adequate remedy at law and will be entitled to seek immediate relief enjoining such violation or threatened violation (including, without limitation, temporary and permanent injunctions and/or a decree of specific performance) in any court or judicial body having jurisdiction over such claim, without the necessity of showing any actual damage or posting any bond or furnishing any other security. Any such relief shall be in advance of and in aid of arbitration pursuant to Section 8, and without first having to initiate arbitration and/or empanel and arbitrator.
