Subject to and consistent with the Company's expense reimbursement policies as in effect from time to time, the Company will pay or reimburse You for all ordinary and necessary expenses, in a reasonable amount, which You incur in performing Your duties under this Agreement. Such expenses will be paid or reimbursed to You consistent with the expense reimbursement policies of the Company in effect from time to time, and You agree to abide by any such expense reimbursement policies.

The Company will promptly reimburse to Executive his/her reasonable, customary and documented out-of-pocket business expenses in connection with the performance of his/her duties under this Agreement, and in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Company; provided that each reimbursement shall be requested within two (2) months after being incurred.
