Expense Reimbursement. In addition ​ compensation and benefits provided herein, the Company shall, upon receipt of appropriate documentation, reimburse Employee each month for his reasonable travel, lodging, entertainment, promotion and other ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred ​ extent such reimbursement is permitted under the Company's expense reimbursement policy.

Business Expenses. While Employee is employed by ​ compensation and benefits provided herein, the Company shall, upon receipt of appropriate documentation,during ​ Term, ​ shall reimburse Employee each month for hisall reasonable travel, lodging, entertainment, promotion and other ordinary and necessary businessout-of-pocket business, travel and entertainment expenses incurred by Employee in ​ extent such reimbursement is permitted under the Company'performance of Employee’s duties and responsibilities hereunder, subject to ​’s normal policies and procedures for expense reimbursement policy.verification and documentation.

Business Expenses. During your employment under this Agreement, ​ compensation and benefits provided herein, the Company shall, upon receipt of appropriate documentation,shall reimburse Employee each monthyou for hissuch reasonable travel, lodging, entertainment, promotiontravel and other ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred in the performance of your duties as are customarily reimbursed to ​ extent such reimbursement is permitted underexecutives at comparable levels. Such travel and other expenses shall be reimbursed by ​ as soon as practicable in accordance with ​’s established guidelines, as may be amended from time to time, but in no event later than December 31st of the Company's expense reimbursement policy.calendar year following the calendar year in which you incur the related expenses.
