all references to “the Administrative Agent”, “the Lenders” and the “Required Lenders” shall be deemed to be references to the Lender;

All Section references (including references to the Preamble), unless otherwise indicated, shall be to Sections (and the Preamble) in this Agreement.

All references in [Section 2.2] to the “Lease Term” shall be deemed to be references to the Substitute Premises Term; and

Master Agreement” in the 871(m) Protocol will be deemed to be references to the Agreement with respect to this Transaction, and references to the “Implementation Date” in the 871(m) Protocol will be deemed to be references to the Trade Date of this Transaction.

In this Agreement unless inconsistent with the context # references to the Parties are to the Parties to this Agreement, # headings are used for convenience only and are to be ignored for purposes of construction, # references to a statutory provision include references to the statutory provision as modified or re-enacted from time to time and to any subordinate legislation made under the statutory provision, # references to the singular include the plural and vice versa, # references to the word “including” are to be construed as without limitation, and # any schedules attached hereto shall form part of this Agreement and a reference to a particular recital, section, paragraph or schedule shall be a reference to the recital, section, paragraph or schedule in or to this Agreement.

References to “days” means calendar days.
