Times of Day. Unless otherwise specified, all references herein to times of day shall be references to Eastern time (daylight or standard, as applicable).

SECTION # Cross-References. References in this Amendment to any Article or Section are, unless otherwise specified, to such Article or Section of this Amendment.

references in this Services Agreement to Articles, Sections and Schedules shall be deemed references to Articles and Sections of, and Schedules to, this Services Agreement;

Unless otherwise specified, references to Clauses and Appendices are to be construed as references respectively to the clauses and appendices of or to this Agreement.

SECTION # References to and Effect on the Transaction Documents.

“Code” means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time. For purposes of this Plan, references to sections of the Code shall be deemed to include references to any applicable regulations thereunder and any successor or similar provision.

Assignment. In accordance with [Section 9.5] of the Agreement, Euromechanics hereby expressly assumes all obligations imposed on 3D Line by the Agreement. All references in the Agreement to 3D Line shall, from the Amendment Date be deemed to be references to Euromechanics.
