Unless otherwise specified, references to this Agreement or any other document referred to herein or therein shall be construed as references to such document as the same may be amended, varied, supplemented or novated from time to time.

any reference to this Agreement or any other agreement, document or instrument shall be construed as a reference to this Agreement or, as the case may be, such other agreement, document or instrument as the same may have been, or may from time to time be, amended, varied, replaced, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified;

A reference to any document or agreement shall include such document or agreement as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms and the terms of this Agreement.

the term this “Agreement” shall be construed as a reference to this Agreement as the same may have been, or may from time to time be, amended, modified, varied, novated or supplemented;

A reference contained herein to this Agreement or another agreement shall mean this Agreement or such other agreement, as they may be amended or supplemented, unless otherwise stated.

Any reference to this Agreement or any other document shall include such document, both as originally executed, and as it may from time to time be amended, supplemented and modified. References herein to Articles, Sections and Exhibits shall be construed as references to this Agreement unless a different document is named.
