All references in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall henceforth include references to the Credit Agreement, as modified and amended hereby, and as may, from time to time, be further amended, modified, extended, renewed, and/or increased.

All references in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement and Guaranty shall henceforth include references to the Credit Agreement and the Guaranty, as modified and amended hereby, and as may, from time to time, be further amended, modified, extended, renewed, and/or increased.

References. All references in the Credit Agreement to the “Agreement” shall be deemed to refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby; and any and all references in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

All references to the Credit Agreement in the Credit Agreement, the Note and the Loan Documents shall refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

All references to the Credit Agreement contained in the above referenced documents shall be a reference to the Credit Agreement as so modified by the Amendment and as the same may from time to time hereafter be amended, restated or otherwise modified.

4.1References in the Credit Agreement or in any other Loan Document to the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to be references to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby and as further amended from time to time. This Amendment shall constitute a Loan Document.

Reference to Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents, including the Original Credit Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Original Credit Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Original Credit Agreement shall mean a reference to the Original Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

References. Any reference to the Credit Agreement contained in any document, instrument or Loan Document executed in connection with the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to be a reference to the Credit Agreement as modified by this Amendment.

Upon the effectiveness hereof, each reference to the Credit Agreement in the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
