As used herein, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated below. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Plan.

Capitalized terms used herein that are not defined shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Plan.

All capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Plan, unless specifically set forth otherwise herein.

For purposes of the Plan, the following terms shall have the meaning set forth below unless a different meaning is plainly required by context. Capitalized terms not defined below have the meanings ascribed to them in the Qualified Plan.

Defined Terms. All capitalized terms used but not specifically defined herein shall have the same meanings given such terms in the Plan unless the context clearly indicates or dictates a contrary meaning.
