References. All references in the Loan Agreement to “this Agreement” shall be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby; and any and all references in the Loan Documents to the Loan Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby.

References. All references in the Credit Agreement to the “Agreement” shall be deemed to refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby; and any and all references in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

References Within Loan Agreement. Each reference in the Loan Agreement to “this Agreement” and the words “hereof,” “herein,” “hereunder,” or words of like import, shall mean and be a reference to the Loan Agreement as amended by this Amendment. This Amendment shall be a Loan Document. Any failure by the Loan Parties to perform any obligation under this Amendment shall constitute an Event of Default under the Loan Agreement.

Section # Certain References. Each reference to the Term Loan Agreement in any of the Loan Documents shall be deemed to be a reference to the Term Loan Agreement as amended by this Amendment.

Upon and after the effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Loan Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Loan Agreement, and each reference in the other Loan Documents to “the Loan Agreement”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Loan Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Loan Agreement as modified and amended hereby.

Reference to Agreement. Each of the Loan Documents, including the Original Credit Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed and delivered pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to the terms of the Original Credit Agreement as amended hereby, are hereby amended so that any reference in such Loan Documents to the Original Credit Agreement shall mean a reference to the Original Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

All references to the Credit Agreement in the Credit Agreement, the Note and the Loan Documents shall refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.

Modifications to Loan Documents. All references in the Loan Documents to the “Mortgage” shall mean the “Mortgage,” as amended by this Agreement.

All references in the Loan Documents to the Credit Agreement shall henceforth include references to the Credit Agreement, as modified and amended hereby, and as may, from time to time, be further amended, modified, extended, renewed, and/or increased.

fReferences. All references in any of the Loan Documents to the “Agreement” or the “Credit Agreement” shall mean the Agreement or Credit Agreement, as applicable, as amended by this Amendment.
