from and after the Closing Date, all references to the “Credit Agreement” contained in the Loan Documents shall be deemed to refer to this Agreement and all references to any Article or Section (or subsection) of this Agreement in any other Loan Document shall be amended to become references to the corresponding provisions of this Agreement;

From and after the date hereof, # the term “Agreement” in the Loan Agreement, and all references to the Loan Agreement in any Credit Document shall mean the Loan Agreement, as amended by this Amendment and # the term “Credit Documents” defined in the Loan Agreement shall include, without limitation, this Amendment and any agreements, instruments and other documents executed or delivered in connection herewith.

On and after the date hereof, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder” or “hereof’, and in each other Loan Document to “the Credit Agreement”, “thereunder” or “thereof”, or in each case words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
