All references herein to “Articles” and “Sections” are, unless specified otherwise, references to articles and sections of this Agreement. All references herein to an “Exhibit,” “Schedule” or “Addendum” are references to exhibits, schedules or addenda attached hereto, all of which are made a part hereof for all purposes, the same as if set forth herein verbatim, it being understood that if any exhibit, schedule or addendum attached hereto, which is to be executed and delivered, contains blanks, the same shall be completed correctly and in accordance with the terms and provisions contained and as contemplated herein prior to or at the time of the execution and delivery thereof.

All references herein to Articles, Sections, paragraphs, Exhibits and Schedules shall be deemed references to Articles and Sections and paragraphs of, and Exhibits and Schedules to, this Agreement unless the context shall otherwise require.

All references herein to Articles, Sections, Subsections, Paragraphs, Exhibits and Schedules shall be deemed references to Articles and Sections and Subsections and Paragraphs of, and Exhibits and Schedules to, this Agreement unless the context shall otherwise require.

When a reference is made in this Agreement to an Article, Section, Subsection, Exhibit, or Schedule, such reference shall be to said item of this Agreement unless otherwise indicated. The Exhibits and Schedules identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof as if set out in full herein.

SECTION # References. Unless otherwise indicated, references in this Agreement to “Articles”, “Exhibits”, “Schedules”, and “Sections” are references to articles, exhibits, schedules and sections hereof.

Unless otherwise specified, references to Exhibits, Schedules, Articles or Sections are to Exhibits, Schedules, Articles or Sections of this Agreement, as amended from time to time;

Unless the context otherwise requires, references in this Agreement to Articles, Sections, Exhibits and Schedules shall be deemed references to Articles and Sections of, and Exhibits and Schedules to, this Agreement.

Appendices, Exhibits and Schedules. Unless otherwise expressly indicated, any reference in this Agreement to an “Exhibit” or “Schedule” refers to an Exhibit or Schedule to this Agreement. The Exhibits and Schedules to this Agreement are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof as if set forth in full herein and are an integral part of this Agreement. Any capitalized terms used in any Exhibit or Schedule but not otherwise defined therein are defined as set forth in this Agreement. In the event of conflict or inconsistency, this Agreement shall prevail over any Exhibit or Schedule.

Article, Section, Schedule and Exhibit references are to this Agreement unless otherwise specified.
