Any references to Subsidiaries of the Company set forth herein with respect to representations and warranties which deal with historical matters shall be deemed to include the Company and its Subsidiaries and shall not in any way be construed as consent by the Administrative Agent or any Lender to the establishment, maintenance or acquisition of any Subsidiary, except as may otherwise be permitted hereunder.

For purposes of the computation of a period of time from a specified date to a later specified date, unless otherwise expressly provided, the word “from” means “from and including”, the words “to” and “until” each means “to but excluding” and the word “through” means “to and including”; provided, that with respect to a computation of fees or interest payable to Agent or any Lender, such period shall in any event consist of at least one full day.
