Ratifications. The Agreement, and all terms, provisions and conditions contained in the Agreement, are hereby ratified and shall be deemed in full force and effect, except as specifically herein amended.

Ratifications. The terms and provisions of this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions of the Repurchase Agreement and the other Repurchase Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Repurchase Agreement and each other Repurchase Document are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect.

Ratifications. Each Borrower # ratifies and confirms all provisions of the Loan Documents as amended by this Amendment, # ratifies and confirms that all guaranties, assurances, and liens granted, conveyed, or assigned to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders under the Loan Documents are not released, reduced, or otherwise adversely affected by this Amendment and continue to guarantee, assure, and secure full payment and performance of all present and future Obligations, and # agrees to perform such acts and duly authorize, execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, and record such additional documents, and certificates as the Administrative Agent may request in order to create, perfect, preserve, and protect those guaranties, assurances, and liens.

Ratifications of and Amendments to the Existing Guarantees in favor of the Administrative Agent, properly executed and delivered by the Guarantors;

Ratifications of and Amendments to the Security Instruments in favor of the Administrative Agent, properly executed and delivered by the appropriate Credit Parties;
