Ratification of Collateral Agreement. Except as expressly amended and modified by this Amendment, the Collateral Agreement, including the exhibits and schedules thereto, is and shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.

Ratification of the Agreement. Except as expressly set forth in Article 2 above, the Agreement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect. The execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment No. 1 shall not, except as expressly provided herein, operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of the parties to the Agreement, nor constitute a waiver of any provision of the Agreement.

Ratification of Partnership Agreement. Except as expressly modified and amended herein, all of the terms and conditions of the Partnership Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

The execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Amendment No. 3 shall not, except as expressly provided herein, operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of the parties to the Agreement, nor constitute a waiver of any provision of the Agreement.

Ratification of the Agreement. The Agreement is hereby ratified, and all references to the Agreement shall be deemed from and after the Transfer Date to be references to the Agreement as supplemented and amended by this Supplement. Except as expressly amended hereby, all the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unamended and shall continue to be, and shall remain, in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and except as expressly provided herein shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute a waiver of compliance with or consent to non-compliance with any term or provision of the Agreement.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT/RATIFICATION. This Second Amendment represents the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and the Lease as hereby amended remains in full force and effect and may not be modified further except in writing executed by the parties to be bound thereby. Unless expressly modified herein, the terms and conditions of the Lease shall continue in full force and effect, and the parties hereby confirm and ratify the same.

Ratification of Agreement. Except as expressly amended herein, the terms, covenants and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without modification or amendment, and the parties hereto ratify and reaffirm the same in its entirety.
