The Supplier shall pay the Customer ​ for each inclusion in the Quality Black-list, and an additional ​ if it remains on the Quality Black-list for four months; the Supplier will be disqualified as a supplier directly if it remains on the Quality Black-list for over six months.

Recurrence of Quality Problem: a quality problem of the same failure mechanism recurs to materials of the same code from the same supplier within a six-month period;
