Publicity. Neither Party shall have the right to make any public announcements with respect to this Agreement, nor publicly disclose the terms of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the other Party, except as follows:

Publicity. Neither Party shall make any public announcement concerning, or otherwise publicly disclose, any information with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any of the terms and conditions hereof without the prior written consent of the other Party, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, provided, however, that either Party shall maintain the right to make any public disclosure concerning the transactions contemplated hereby that in the opinion of such Party's counsel may be required by applicable Law or the rules of any stock exchange or interdealer quotation service on or through which such Party's or its Affiliates' securities trade.

Publicity/Publication. Neither Party will publicly disclose the existence or substance of this Agreement, except as required by applicable laws or in filings with Regulatory Authorities. Neither Party will use the name of the other Party or of any of its employees without such Party’s prior written consent.

Announcements. Except as may be expressly permitted under Section 6.5, neither Party will make any public announcement regarding this Agreement without the prior written approval of the other Party.

Section # Publicity. No party shall cause the publication of any press release or other announcement with respect to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby without the consent of the other parties, unless a press release or announcement is required by law. If any such announcement or other disclosure is required by law, the disclosing party agrees to give the non-disclosing parties prior notice and an opportunity to comment on the proposed disclosure.

Disclosures and Public Announcements. Neither Party shall issue any press release or other publicity materials, or make any public presentation with respect to the existence of, or any of the terms or conditions of, this Agreement or the programs or efforts being conducted by the other Party hereunder, in each case without the prior written consent of such Party, except as expressly permitted by Section 10.2 or this Section 10.3.
