Use of Names. Except as described in this Agreement and as may be required by applicable law, neither Party shall distribute or have distributed any publicity or information which bears the name of the other without the prior written approval of the other.

Use of Name. Except as authorized in this Agreement or otherwise required by applicable law, regulation or the rules of any securities exchange or other trading market on which such Party's securities are listed, neither Party shall use the name of the other Party in any publicity or advertising without the prior written approval of the other Party, except that either Party may disclose that it has entered into this Agreement.

Publicity. Neither Party will use, or authorize others to use, the name, symbols, or marks of the other Party in any advertising or publicity material or make any form of representation or statement related to the Services, this Agreement or its subject matter without that other Party’s prior written approval.

Neither party will use the other’s name or logo in any press release or product advertising, or for any other promotional purpose, without first obtaining the other’s written consent. Neither party will, without the prior written consent of the other party, issue any public announcement or press release relating to this Agreement or the terms of this Agreement or to the fact that the parties have entered into this Agreement.
