Pronouns. Masculine pronouns and other words of masculine gender shall refer to both men and women.

Pronouns. Whenever used in this Plan, the masculine pronoun is to be deemed to include the feminine. The singular form, whenever used herein, shall mean or include the plural form where applicable, and vice versa.

Pronouns. Feminine, masculine or neuter pronouns shall be substituted for those of another form, and the plural or singular shall be substituted for the other number, in any place in which the context may require such substitution.

Pronouns; Including. Wherever appropriate in this Agreement, personal pronouns shall be deemed to include the other genders and the singular to include the plural. Wherever used in this Agreement, the term "including" means "including, without limitation."

Pronouns and Plurals. All pronouns and any variations thereof shall be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular or plural as the identity of the person or persons may require.

The pronouns "he," "him" and "his" used in the ERA will also refer to similar pronouns of the female gender unless otherwise qualified by the context.

Gender and Number. Pronouns used in the Plan in the masculine gender include the feminine gender, words in the singular include the plural, and words in the plural include the singular.

Interpretation. All pronouns used herein shall include the masculine, feminine, and neuter gender as the context requires. All defined terms shall include both the plural and singular case as the context requires.

Words and phrases used in the singular shall be deemed to include the plural and vice versa, and nouns and pronouns used in any particular gender shall be deemed to include any other gender.

Gender and Number. Any masculine pronouns used herein shall refer to both men and women, and the use of any term herein in the singular may also include the plural unless otherwise indicated by context.
