“Promotional Materials” means all written, printed, video or graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than any Product labels and package inserts) for marketing, advertising and promoting of the Compound or any Product.

“Promotional Materials” “Promotional Materials” means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including journal advertisements, sales visual aids, leave-behind items, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other thanused by or on behalf of either Party or their respective Affiliates in connection with any Product labels and package inserts) for marketing, advertising and promotingpromotion of the Compound or anya Product.
