Progress Reports. Except as may otherwise be agreed by the Parties, at each JSC meeting Apellis will provide an update on the progress of the Trial and progress toward obtaining Regulatory Approvals from FDA and EMA. Apellis shall promptly inform the JSC of the achievement of the Phase 3 Milestone and of Trial Success.

Progress Reports by Roche. Within ​ after each anniversary of the Effective Date, Roche shall provide to Poseida an annual written report summarizing ​. Such report shall cover subject matter ​. After reviewing such report, Poseida may reasonably request additional information regarding the development of the Therapeutic Products through the Alliance Manager, and Roche ​. On a Therapeutic Program-by-Therapeutic Program basis, Roche’s obligations under this [Section 4.2.4] shall end upon the First Commercial Sale of such Therapeutic Product ​.

Progress Reports. On a ​ basis, but in any event no later than June 1st and December 1st in each calendar year, as long as Licensee continues to develop and commercialize Licensed Products, Licensee will submit a written report to Institute covering the Licensee’s (and any of its Affiliates’ or Sublicensees’) activities related to this Agreement, including any updates or amendments to the Development Plan and activities being conducted pursuant to the Research Agreement (each, a “Progress Report”). The report will include information reasonably sufficient to enable Institute to ascertain progress by Licensee toward meeting this Agreement’s diligence requirements set forth in [Section 5.1]. Each report will describe, where relevant: # current schedule of anticipated events or milestones; # summary of work completed and in progress, including against the Development Plan, during such period; # summary of work in progress and progress toward commercialization of Licensed Products; # significant corporate transactions involving Licensed Products, including any Sublicenses granted. Licensee shall include in each Progress Report the date of First Commercial Sale of any Licensed Product in each country, as applicable.

So long as Licensee continues to develop Products, Licensee on an ​ basis, but in no event later than ​, shall submit to Penn a progress report (each, a “Progress Report”) covering Licensee’s (and any Affiliates’ and Sublicensees’) activities related to the development of all Products and the obtaining of Governmental Approvals necessary for commercialization of Products.

Progress Reports. During the Research Term, each Party will furnish to the JSC, no later than ​ before each scheduled meeting of the JSC, an update on such Party’s progress under the Research Plan with respect to the performance of such Party’s Research Activities, including a high level summary of any results, data and other Know-How generated by such Party under the Research Plan. With respect to any such progress updates to the JSC, ​.

Progress Reports. Progress Reports. Beginning after the Year ended ​, within ​ after the end of each Year, Bluebird shall provide SIRION with a written report summarizing its research, development and commercialization activities during such Year with respect to Product(s).

Tenant Improvement Progress Reports. On or before the ​ day of each calendar month during the course of design and construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a Tenant Improvement progress report in the form of [Schedule 2] completed to provide all of the most up-to-date information regarding Tenant’s progress with respect the design and construction of the Tenant Improvements in addition to the corresponding AIA forms [[Unknown Identifier]] and G703, if applicable, for all contracted costs. Concurrently with each process report, Tenant shall also deliver to Landlord a forecast in the form of [Schedule 3] completed to provide the projected remaining Warm Up/TI Costs.

Progress Reports. During any period that MTEM is conducting activities under a Research Plan, MTEM shall provide to the JRC (or, if the JRC has disbanded, directly to BMS), within ​ after the end of each Calendar Quarter, # an update on MTEM’s progress under the Research Plan during the relevant Calendar Quarter, including a summary of any results and data generated by MTEM under such Research Plan during the relevant Calendar Quarter, # ​, and # ​. All such updates provided by MTEM shall be MTEM’s Confidential Information and shall be subject to the terms of ARTICLE 12.

Progress Reports. During the Research Term, each Party will furnish to the JSC, no later than ​ before each scheduled meeting of the JSC, an update on such Party’s progress under the Research Plan with respect to the performance of the such Party’s Research Activities, including a high level summary of any results, data and other Know-How generated by such Party under the Research Plan. Upon Acceleron’s reasonable request, Fulcrum will provide Acceleron access to all data generated up to the date of such request in performance of Fulcrum’s Research Activities.
