Pro Rata Treatment. Except to the extent otherwise provided in this Agreement: # the making and conversion of Loans shall be made among the Lenders based on their respective Pro Rata Shares as to the Loans and # each payment on account of any Obligations to or for the account of one or more of Lenders in respect of any Obligations due on a particular day shall be allocated among the Lenders entitled to such payments based on their respective Pro Rata Shares and shall be distributed accordingly.

Pro Rata Treatment. Except as otherwise provided herein, all borrowings of, and payments in respect of, the Advances shall be made on a pro rata basis by or to the Lenders in accordance with their respective portions of the Financing Commitments in respect of Advances held by them.

Pro Rata Treatment. Except to the extent otherwise provided herein: # each Borrowing (other than Swingline Borrowings) shall be made from the Appropriate Lenders, each payment of fees under [Section 2.09] and [clauses (l), (m) and (o) of Section 2.03]3]3] shall be made for account of the Appropriate Lenders, and each termination or reduction of the amount of the Commitments shall be applied to the respective Commitments of the Lenders, pro rata according to the amounts of their respective Commitments; # each Borrowing shall be allocated pro rata among the Lenders according to the amounts of their respective Commitments (in the case of the making of Revolving Loans) or their respective Loans that are to be included in such Borrowing (in the case of conversions and continuations of Loans); # each payment or prepayment of principal of Loans by the Borrower shall be made for account of the Appropriate Lenders pro rata in accordance with the respective unpaid principal amounts of the Loans held by them; and # each payment of interest on Loans by the Borrower shall be made for account of the Appropriate Lenders pro rata in accordance with the amounts of interest on such Loans then due and payable to the respective Appropriate Lenders.
