SECTION # Delivery of Mortgage Loan Documents; Additional Costs and Expenses. (a) The ​ hereby directs the [[Organization A:Organization]], and the [[Organization A:Organization]] hereby agrees, such agreement effective upon the transfer of the Mortgage Loans contemplated herein, to deliver to or deposit with (or cause to be delivered to or deposited with) the Custodian (on behalf of the Trustee), with copies to be delivered to the Master Servicer (other than with respect to any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan) and the Special Servicer, respectively, on the dates set forth in [Section 2.01] of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, all documents, instruments and agreements required to be delivered by the ​, or contemplated to be delivered by the [[Organization A:Organization]] (whether at the direction of the ​ or otherwise), to the Custodian, the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer, as applicable, with respect to the Mortgage Loans under [Section 2.01] of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, and meeting all the requirements of such [Section 2.01] of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement; provided that the [[Organization A:Organization]] shall not be required to deliver any draft documents, privileged or other communications, credit underwriting, due diligence analyses or data or internal worksheets, memoranda, communications or evaluations.
