Data Privacy Notice. You hereby acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms regarding collection, processing and transfer of Data contained in Section 9(f) (Data Privacy Consent) of the Agreement and by participating in the Plan, you agree to such terms. In this regard, upon request of the Corporation or your Employer, you agree to provide an executed data privacy consent form to your Employer or the Corporation (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by your Employer or the Corporation) that the Corporation and/or your Employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws in your country, either now or in the future. You understand you will not be able to participate in the Plan if you fail to execute any such consent or agreement.

Upon request of the Company or the Employer, you agree to provide a separate executed data privacy consent form (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by the Company and/or the Employer) that the Company and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain from you for the purpose of administering your participation in the Plan in compliance with the data privacy laws in your country, either now or in the future. You understand and agree that you will not be able to participate in the Plan if you fail to provide any such consent or agreement requested by the Company and/or the Employer.

The Employee hereby acknowledges that he or she has read and understood the terms regarding collection, processing and transfer of Data contained in [Section 13] of the Grant Agreement and by participating in the Plan, the Employee agrees to such terms. In this regard, upon request of the Company or the Employer, the Employee agrees to provide an executed data privacy consent form to the Employer or the Company (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by the Employer or the Company) that the Company and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws in the Employee’s country, either now or in the future. The Employee understands he or she will not be able to participate in the Plan if the Employee fails to execute any such consent or agreement.

Finally, upon request of the Company or the Employer, you agree to provide an executed data privacy consent form (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by the Company and/or the Employer) that the Company and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain from you for the purpose of administering my participation in the Plan in compliance with the data privacy laws in your country, either now or in the future. You understand and agree that you will not be able to participate in the Plan if you fail to provide any such consent or agreement requested by the Company and/or the Employer.

The Employee acknowledges that he or she has read and understood the terms regarding collection, processing and transfer of the Employee’s Data contained in the Data Privacy Consent section of the Grant Agreement and agree that the Employee is agreeing to such terms. In this regard, upon request of the Company or the Employer, the Employee agrees to provide any executed data privacy consent form to the Company or the Employer (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by the Company or the Employer) that the Company and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws in the Employee’s country, either now or in the future. The Employee understands he or she will not be able to participate in the Plan if the Employee fails to execute any such consent or agreement.

Finally, upon request of the Company or the Employer, you agree to provide an executed data privacy consent form (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by the Company and/or the Employer) that the Company and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain from you for the purpose of administering my participation in the Plan in compliance with the data privacy laws in your country, either now or in the future. You understand and agree that you will not be able to participate in the Plan if you fail to provide any such consent or agreement requested by the Company and/or the Employer.

Finally, upon the request of the Company or the Service Recipient, you agree to provide an executed data privacy consent form (or any other agreements or consents) that the Company and/or the Service Recipient may deem necessary to obtain from you for the purpose of administering your participation in the Plan in compliance with the data privacy laws in your country, either now or in the future. You understand and agree that you will not be able to participate in the Plan if you fail to provide any such consent or agreement requested by the Company and/or the Employer.

Finally, upon request of the Corporation or my Employer, I agree to provide an executed data privacy consent form (or any other agreements or consents) that the Corporation and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain from me for the purpose of administering my participation in the Plan in compliance with the data privacy laws in my country, either now or in the future. I also understand and agree that I will not be able to participate in the Plan if I fail to provide such consent or agreement as requested by the Corporation and/or my Employer.

The Participant acknowledges that he or she has read and understands the terms regarding collection, processing and transfer of data contained in the Acknowledgment of Conditions section of the Award Agreement and, by participating in the Plan the Participant agrees to such terms. In this regard, upon request of the Corporation or the Employer, the Participant agrees to provide any executed data privacy consent form to the Employer or the Corporation (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by the Employer or the Corporation) that the Corporation and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws now or in the future. The Participant understands that he or she will not be able to participate in the Plan if the Participant fails to execute any such consent or agreement.

I also understand that the Corporation may rely on a different legal basis for the processing or transfer of data in the future and/or request me to provide another data privacy consent. If applicable and upon request of the Corporation, I agree to provide an executed acknowledgment or data privacy consent form to the Corporation or the Employer (or any other acknowledgments, agreements or consents) that the Corporation and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws in my country, either now or in the future. I understand that I will not be able to participate in the Plan if I fail to execute any such acknowledgment, agreement or consent requested by the Corporation and/or the Employer.
