Section # Posting of Communications. (a) The Borrowers agree that the Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make any Communications available to ​ by posting the Communications on IntraLinks™, DebtDomain, SyndTrak, ClearPar or any other electronic platform chosen by the Agent to be its electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”).

Borrower agrees that Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Communications (as defined below) available to the Lenders, L/C Issuer or Swing Line Lender by posting the Communications on the Platform.
