Position. Employee shall continue in the employ of Albany performing, in good faith, and to the best of his abilities, the duties of his current position and such other duties that as are assigned to him from time to time by his supervisor, including assisting in identifying and training a successor to whom his duties shall be transitioned. Employee shall be paid at his current salary, and shall continue be eligible for a pro-rated short-term incentive relating to the services rendered through the hereinafter defined Retention Date.
Position. Employee shall report directly to the President/Chief Employee Officer of the Company (the “CEO”) and shall have the duties, authority and responsibilities customarily held by a person holding the position Chief Technology Officer in companies engaged in business similar to the Company’s business and of similar size to the Company. Employee shall render such other services as may be reasonably assigned to them from time to time by the CEO. Employee shall be a full-time, exempt employee. Employee’s employment under this Agreement is expected to commence on April 18, 2022.
Position. During the Employment Period, Executive shall serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and, at the Board’s request but without additional compensation therefor, as an executive or director of any other member of the Company Group and, in such capacity, shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority that are normally associated with such office, subject to the direction and supervision of the Chief Executive Officer. Upon termination of employment hereunder for any or no reason, Executive will resign from each such position or office and will sign such documentation as reasonably necessary to effectuate such resignation, and in the event Executive fails to sign such documentation Executive hereby appoints each member of the Board (other than Executive, as applicable) as attorney-in-fact for such limited purpose of effecting such resignation.
Position. Executive’s employment with the Company will commence as soon as practicable on a date to be determined by Executive and the Board, which shall be no later than October 3, 2022 (the “Start Date”). Executive will have all of the duties, responsibilities and authority commensurate with the position of CEO. Executive’s workplace will be at the Company’s headquarters, currently located in San Francisco, California.

During Executives employment with the Company, Executive will devote Executives best efforts and substantially all of Executives business time and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Companys general employment policies.
Position. You will serve as Vice President of Engineering of the Company. You will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer (the CEO) and shall perform the duties and responsibilities customary for such position and such other related duties as are assigned by the President and CEO. You agree to devote substantially all of your professional time, attention and efforts to the performance of your duties as the Companys Vice President of Engineering, and shall not render services to any other business without the prior approval of the CEO. The foregoing shall not, however, preclude you # from engaging in appropriate civic, charitable or religious activities, # from devoting a reasonable amount of time to private investments, # from serving on the boards of directors of other entities, or # from providing incidental assistance to family members on matters of family business, so long as the foregoing activities and service do not conflict with your responsibilities to the Company.
