Policies. Without limiting [Section 17] of the Agreement, the Restricted Units shall be subject to all applicable ​ policies, including without limitation those relating to hedging and recoupment of compensation, as they may be in effect from time to time.

Policies. Plants acknowledges that he has reviewed the Company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines applicable to members of the Board and agrees to abide by the provisions thereof during his service as a director of the Company. The Investors acknowledge that they are aware that United States securities law prohibits any person who has material non-public information about a company from purchasing or selling any securities of such company, or from communicating such information to any other person under circumstances in which it is reasonably foreseeable that such person is likely to purchase or sell such securities.

Investment Policies. The Borrower is in compliance with its Investment Policies, except to the extent that the failure to so comply could not reasonably be expected to be material and adverse to the ​.

Corporate Policies. During the Term, the Executive shall be subject to all of the Company’s corporate governance and executive compensation policies in effect from time to time, including any stock ownership guidelines.

Company Policies. Provider shall ensure that Provider and its employees and subcontractors comply with all of the policies, regulations and directives of Company, including but not limited to compliance with laws and regulations, and security (including data security), as such policies may be revised from time-to-time and provided to Provider.

Company Policies. You recognize that the Company is an equal opportunity employer. Company Policies. The Investors represent and warrant to the Company that, at all times (if any) while serving as a member of the Board, the Investors shall comply with all policies, procedures, processes, codes, rules, standards and guidelines applicable to the Company’s Board members, including the Company’s code of business conduct and ethics, securities trading policies, anti-hedging policies, Regulation FD-related policies, director confidentiality policies and corporate governance guidelines.

Investment Policies. ​ is in compliance in all respects with the Investment Policies, except to the extent that the failure to so comply could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Title Insurance Policies. Purchaser shall have received a Title Insurance Policy insuring Purchaser’s or Purchaser’s designee’s good and marketable title (subject to no Liens other than Permitted Liens) to each parcel of real property that is part of an Owned Facility, located in the United States.

Policies and Procedures. Participant agrees that Company may impose, and Participant agrees to be bound by, Company policies and procedures with respect to the ownership, timing and manner of resales of shares of Company’s securities, including without limitation, # restrictions on insider trading; # restrictions designed to delay and/or coordinate the timing and manner of sales by officers, directors and affiliates of Company following a public offering of Company’s securities; # stock ownership or holding requirements applicable to officers and/or directors of Company; and # the required use of a specified brokerage firm for such resales.
