“Security Documents” means each and every Mortgage, Security Agreement, pledge agreement, deed of trust, control agreement or other collateral security agreement required by or delivered to Administrative Agent from time to time that purport to create a Lien in favor of any of the Secured Parties to secure payment or performance of the Obligations or any portion thereof.

“Security Documents”Documents” means each and every Mortgage,the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Account Control Agreements, and each other security, pledge agreement, deed of trust, control agreement or other collateral security agreement requiredexecuted by or delivered to Administrative Agent from time to time that purport to create a Lienany Loan Party in favor of any of the Secured Parties to secure payment or performance of the Obligations or any portion thereof.Administrative Agent.

“Security Documents” means each: the collective reference to the Guarantee and every Mortgage, Security Agreement, pledge agreement, deed of trust, control agreement orCollateral Agreement and all other collateral security agreement required by ordocuments hereafter delivered to the Administrative Agent from time to time that purport to creategranting a Lien in favoron any Property of any of the Secured PartiesPerson to secure payment or performancethe obligations and liabilities of the Obligations or any portion thereof.Loan Party under any Loan Document.

“Collateral Documents” means, collectively, the Security Documents” means eachAgreement and every Mortgage, Security Agreement,any other security agreements, pledge agreement, deed of trust, control agreementagreements or other collateral security agreement required by orsimilar instruments delivered to the Administrative Agent as collateral agent from time to time pursuant to [[Sections 6.11 and 6.12]2]]2], and each other agreement, instrument or document that purportcreates or purports to create a Lien in favor of anythe Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties to secure payment or performance of the Obligations or any portion thereof.Parties.

“Mortgaged Property Security Documents” means eachcollectively, any Mortgage and every Mortgage, Security Agreement, pledge agreement, deedall other agreements, instruments and other documents, whether now existing or hereafter in effect, pursuant to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary grants or conveys to the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties a Lien in, or any other Person acknowledges any such Lien in, real property as security for all or any portion of trust, control agreementthe Obligations, as any of them may be amended, modified or other collateral security agreement required by or delivered to Administrative Agentsupplemented from time to time that purport to create a Lien in favor of any of the Secured Parties to secure payment or performance of the Obligations or any portion thereof.time.

“SecurityCollateral Documents” means each and every Mortgage,means, collectively, (i) the Security Agreement, pledge agreement, deed of trust, control agreement or other collateral security agreement required by or delivered(ii) each Mortgage, (iii) each Intellectual Property Security Agreement, (iv) any supplement to Administrative Agent from time to time that purport to create a Lien in favor of any of the Secured Partiesforegoing delivered to secure payment or performancethe Administrative Agent pursuant to the definition of “Collateral and Guarantee Requirement” and (v) each of the Obligations orother instruments and documents pursuant to which any portion thereof.Loan Party grants a Lien on any Collateral as security for payment of the Secured Obligations.

“SecurityCollateral Documents” means each and every Mortgage,means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Intellectual Property Security Agreements, each of the Mortgages, the Control Agreements, the Custodial Agreement, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreement, deed of trust, control agreementagreements, intellectual property security agreements or other collateral security agreement required by orsimilar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent from timeor the Collateral Agent pursuant to time[Section 4.01], [Section 6.11], [Section 6.13] or [Section 6.14], and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that purportcreates or purports to create a Lien in favor of anythe Administrative Agent or the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties to secure payment or performance of the Obligations or any portion thereof.Parties.
