Plans and Specifications. ​ shall deliver to the Construction Consultant a set of the Plans and Specifications sufficient to enable ​ to obtain a building permit and any and all modifications and amendments made thereto. ​ shall deliver to the ​ a list identifying the Plans and Specifications and any and all modifications and amendments made thereto.

Plans and Specifications. Building plans and specifications relating to the Properties; and

Specifications. If Specifications are provided in any Work Order, WuXi ATU will perform the Services and provide the Deliverables in accordance with the Specifications. The final Specifications, as approved in writing by the Parties will be incorporated by reference and made part of the applicable Work Order. Any amendments to the Specifications that are approved in writing by the Parties shall also be incorporated by reference and made part of the applicable Work Order.

Specifications. "Specification(s)" means written specifications or designs provided by Buyer. Collectively, the Buyer's Specifications and Supplier's Specifications may be referred to as the "Specifications". The Hemp Extracts shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and conform to the Specifications. No change in the Specifications shall be made by the other party except with prior written approval of the party providing the Specification. Any changes that affect form, fit or function of the Hemp Extracts will be reflected in updated Purchase Orders. Supplier shall not ship any Hemp Extracts that have had such changes made until new Purchase Orders have been issued.

Supplier shall manufacture, test, label, package and store the Parts in accordance with the specifications supplied by Buyer (the “Specifications”) and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Buyer shall deliver to Supplier written notice of any required changes to the Specifications, and Supplier will accommodate such Specification changes unless doing so would adversely affect Supplier’s business in Supplier’s reasonable judgment. If any Specification change requested by Buyer affects Supplier’s costs of manufacturing, testing, labeling, packaging or storing the Parts adversely, the Parties will negotiate, in good faith, an adjustment to the pricing set forth in Article 6 hereof. Any changes to the Specifications shall be incorporated in this Agreement as a written amendment to [Exhibit A] hereto.

“As‑Built” Plans and Specifications. ​ shall furnish to ​ a full and complete set of “as built” Plans and Specifications certified to by ​’s Architect.

Specifications; Testing. For Work Orders for GMP Manufacturing, WuXi ATU shall Manufacture Product in accordance with the Batch Records and assess (through testing and Batch record review) whether such Product conforms to the Specifications established for such Product and as set forth in the applicable Work Order.

Penn Information to be Provided to Company:

Product Specifications. [[Organization A:Organization]] shall supply all Products according to the Specifications in effect as of the date of this Agreement, with such changes or additions to the Specifications of the Products related thereto as shall be requested by [[Organization B:Organization]] in accordance with this Section or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties. All other Products shall be manufactured with such Specifications as the Parties shall agree in writing. "Specifications" means, with respect to any Product, the design, composition, dimensions, other physical characteristics, chemical characteristics, packaging, unit count and trade dress of such Product. The Specifications hereby incorporate the Laws and all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder by any governmental authority, including but not limited to the Oregon Department of Agriculture and the U.S Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018. The Products shall not contain any substance or chemical prohibited by such Laws, rules and regulations.

To supply to the Landlord and the Superior Landlord all plans and specifications the Landlord and/or the Superior Landlord may reasonably require to identify any proposed works and to carry out all works only in accordance with such approved plans and specifications and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord and the Superior Landlord;
