Plan Year. “Plan Year” means a calendar year.
Plan Year. The twelve consecutive month period commencing on January 1 of each year.

Plan Year Any Plan provision to the contrary notwithstanding, distributions under the Plan shall commence no later than the Participants Required Commencement Date With respect to distributions under the Plan made for the 2002 Plan Year, the Plan will apply the minimum distribution requirements of Code Section 401(a)(9) in accordance with the regulations under Code Section 401(a)(9) that were proposed on January 17, 2001, notwithstanding any provision of the Plan to the contrary This Section 9.2(a) shall remain in effect until December 31, 2002.
Plan Year Accounts. The Committee shall establish and maintain a separate Plan Year Account for each Participant each Plan Year.
Third Plan Year. 4% for the third Plan Year of the Participant's participation in the QACA;
Election in Original Plan Year. A Participant who is an Eligible Employee as of the first day of any Plan Year beginning on or after the Effective Date may elect to defer his or her Base Salary or Incentive Compensation for such Plan Year, no later than December 1 of the immediately preceding Plan Year (or such later date as the Committee may authorize in its discretion, but not later than December 31 of such immediately preceding Plan Year), based on procedures established by the Committee.
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT – COMPLETED PLAN YEAR. If Participant’s employment is terminated for any reason (including death, disability or retirement) other than Cause after the end of a Plan Year but before payment of incentives for such Plan Year, the Participant shall remain entitled to payment of incentives, if any, earned for such Plan Year. A Participant whose employment is terminated for Cause after the end of a Plan Year but before payment of incentives for such Plan Year shall not receive payment of any incentive for the completed Plan Year.
Ending Date for Plans Fiscal Year. The date of the end of the fiscal year for the purpose of maintaining the Plans records is December 31.
Distribution Calendar Year. A calendar year for which a minimum distribution is required. For distributions beginning before the Participant’s death, the first Distribution Calendar Year is the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year that contains the Participant’s Required Beginning Date. For distributions beginning after the Participant’s death, the first Distribution Calendar Year is the calendar year in which distributions are required to begin under [Section 4A.2(b)].
