Term. This Agreement is effective as of the date of this Agreement. Your term as a Director shall continue subject to the provisions in [Section 9] below or until your successor is duly elected and qualified. The position shall be up for re-appointment every year by the board of the Directors of the Company (the 'Board') and upon re-appointment, the terMr and provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
TERM. The term of this Agreement shall commence as of the date of the Director’s appointment by the board of directors of the Company (in the event the Director is appointed to fill a vacancy) or the date of the Director’s election by the stockholders of the Company and shall continue until the Director’s removal or resignation.
