Term. This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will terminate on the effective date of termination by either the Employee or the Company in accordance with [Section 4.2] of this Agreement.

Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the provisions of [Section 4] (the “Term”).

Term. The term (the “Term”) of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on the six month anniversary of the Transition Start Date, at which time Employee’s employment with the Company will terminate, unless terminated earlier by reason of Employee’s resignation of his employment or by the Company with Cause (such date that the Term ends or is terminated being the “Termination Date”).

Term. This Agreement is effective, and Employee’s employment hereunder shall commence, as of the effective date set forth above. Employee’s employment with the Company shall be “at will,” meaning either Employee or the Company may terminate this Agreement and the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice. The circumstances under which this Agreement may be terminated are set forth in more detail in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.

Term. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue until it is terminated pursuant to Section 4 herein (the “Term”).
