The Executive's employment hereunder shall be based at the Bank's principal place of business in ​; provided, however, that the Executive may be required to travel from time to time at the request of the Bank for business related purposes. The Bank shall furnish the Executive with office space and such other facilities and services as shall be suitable to the Executive's position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.

Place of Performance. The principal place of Employee’s employment shall be the Company’s office currently located at [[Address A:Address]]; provided that, Employee may be required to travel on Company business while employed by the Company.

Place of Performance. Executive shall be based at the Company’s offices in Stamford, Connecticut. Executive recognizes that Executive’s duties will require, at the Company’s expense, routine travel to domestic and international locations.

Place and Manner. All regularly scheduled payments due to the ​ shall be effected by automatic debit of the appropriate funds from Borrower’s Primary Operating Account. Borrower shall make all other payments due to the ​ in lawful money of the United States, in immediately available funds, according to the instructions for other payments specified in [Schedule 2].

Place of Employment. You will work primarily out of the Washington office and you will not be required to relocate your residence during the Term (including any Renewal Term) of your employment with the Company. However, you may be required to travel as needed.

Under this Agreement, [[Organization A:Organization]] and the Executive will agree upon one or more places where the Executive shall perform the requirements of his employment. On the Effective Date of this Agreement, Executive may work at the [[Organization A:Organization]]’s office located in Newark, California or at Executive’s residence. In addition, [[Organization A:Organization]], from time to time, may require the Executive to travel temporarily to other locations to conduct [[Organization A:Organization]] business.

Place of Employment. The Executive’s services shall be performed at such location or locations as the Executive shall determine, in his sole discretion.

Performance. All of the covenants and obligations that ​ is required to perform or to comply with pursuant to this Agreement at or prior to the Closing must have been performed and complied with in all material respects. ​ must have delivered each of the documents required to be delivered by it pursuant to this Agreement.

Performance. Caribou agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Services, including by delivering any deliverables, in accordance with the Research Plan, this Agreement and all applicable laws, rules, regulations and industry standards. ​.

Principal Place of Employment. The Executive’s principal place of employment during the Term shall be at the Company’s office located at 835 Innovation Drive, Knoxville, Tennessee 37932. The Company may transfer the Executive’s place of employment; provided, however, that the Company shall receive the Executive’s written consent before planning or effectuating any such transfer.
