Personal Property. All items of Personal Property, if any, are owned outright by Seller, free and clear of any security interest, lien or encumbrance.

Personal Property. Subtenant shall have the right to use [[Organization A:Organization]]’s furniture, fixtures and equipment (the “FF&E”) located in the Subleased Premises and adjacent outdoor patios during the Term hereof. A list of the FF&E, which specifically excludes any computer monitors and two projectors in the main lobby area, will be agreed upon by the parties in writing on or before the date [[Organization A:Organization]] delivers possession of the Subleased Premises to Subtenant. Subtenant may request any of the FF&E to be removed from the Subleased Premises by [[Organization A:Organization]] prior to the Commencement Date and [[Organization A:Organization]] agrees, within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of Subtenant’s notice, to promptly to remove such items of the FF&E at its sole cost. Upon the expiration of the Term, and provided there has not occurred either # an Event of Sublease Default, or # a default of which [[Organization A:Organization]] has notified Subtenant in writing which, with the passage of any applicable cure period, may ripen into an Event of Sublease Default (unless Subtenant first cures such default within the applicable cure period), Subtenant may elect to purchase all of the FF&E for the sum of $1.00, and Subtenant shall remove the purchased FF&E from the Subleased Premises at its sole cost.

Personal Property. Seller has good and valid title to the Personal Property free and clear of all liens. Seller has not pledged, assigned, hypothecated or transferred any of its rights, title or interest in any of such Personal Property, except for Permitted Exceptions.

Personal Property. Each Group Company has good and marketable title to, or a valid leasehold interest in, all of its tangible personal property and assets, in each case free and clear of any and all Liens other than Permitted Liens. The tangible personal property and assets of the Group Companies are in good operating condition and repair (subject to normal wear and tear).

Personal Property. Title to the Personal Property shall be conveyed to Purchaser by a bill of sale (the “Bill of Sale”) executed by Seller, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit H.

. Borrower is the owner, free and clear of all liens, of all Personal Property except as to the lien created by the Loan Documents.

Personal Property. In the event of any default by Tenant, Landlord shall also have the right and option, with or without terminating this Lease, to do any one or combination of the following:

Personal Property. The Personal Property consists of all supplies, equipment, fixtures, and all personal property located in or at individual wells, on the leases, and at the field house, all of which is owned by KYTX. Each item of personal property is sold "as is".

Except for the Excluded Property (as such term is defined herein), all right, title, and interest of Seller, if any, in all tangible personal property owned by Seller and not constituting part of the real estate, located on and used in connection with the Premises (the “Personal Property”).
